OKTOBERFEST returns to the historic Depot District September 20, 2025!

Thanks to the hard work of our organizing team, volunteers, music coordinator, performers, and our vendors, the Richmond, IN Oktoberfest festival will return to the Historic Depot District on Saturday, September 20, 2025!

For the past two years, the stewardship of the Richmond, IN Oktoberfest Festival has been led by Roscoe’s Coffee Bar & Tap Room. This year, Oblivion Cinema & Arts, a new independent art store and community third space located in the Loft Highway Building, will be joining the producing team for this beloved community event. We are excited for the opportunities for growth, inclusion, and development that this partnership has opened.

This annual festival is a staple of the Historic Depot District. Oktoberfest allows community members to engage directly with local businesses and partners while enjoying free music, activities, and the services and craft of independent vendors from across the state.

Following feedback from last year’s vendors and festival patrons, we have updated the terms and guidelines for our Vendor Application. This year, we have also introduced an online application system. Please carefully review the Vendor Contract prior to submitting your application.
